As part of the team bonding practice started by Team India Coach Ravi Shastri, the members of the Indian team visited the beautiful hill stations of Nuwara Eliya. Located about 70 kms from Kandy, this beautiful town is perched at a height of about 1890m above sea level. Everyone except the likes of Dhawan, Pandya and Rohit stayed back at the team hotel while the others left for the hill town in the morning. Few members of the team like Ishant Sharma and Umesh Yadav also visited the Sethiya Eliya temple. Umesh was accompanied by his wife.
